Heating composite vacuum glass and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses heating composite vacuum glass and a manufacturing method thereof. The heating composite vacuum glass comprises bottom plate glass, a transparent conductive film, a plurality of heat insulation supporting pieces, a sealing frame strip and panel glass. The transparent conducting film is compounded on the bottom plate glass, the two ends of the transparent conducting film are connected with electrodes, the transparent conducting film faces the panel glass, and the two sides of the sealing frame strip are pressed on the periphery of the bottom plate glass and the periphery of the panel glass respectively. The multiple heat insulation supporting pieces are evenly arranged in a cavity formed by the bottom plate glass and the panel glass. The glass not only can effectively insulate sound and heat, but also can realize a heating function, so that the indoor temperature can be better controlled.
本发明公开了一种发热复合真空玻璃及其制作方法,其包括:底板玻璃、透明导电膜、多个绝热支撑件、密封框条和面板玻璃。所述透明导电膜复合于所述底板玻璃上,所述透明导电膜的两端连接有电极,所述透明导电膜朝向所述面板玻璃,所述密封框条的两侧分别按压于所述底板玻璃与所述面板玻璃的四周,多个所述绝热支撑件均匀置于所述底板玻璃与所述面板玻璃形成的空腔内。本玻璃既能够有效隔音、隔热,同时还能够实现加热功能,从而更好地控制室内温度。
