The invention relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing equipment, and discloses a sealing strip and a vacuum oven. The sealing strip is clamped between the first component and the second component in the first direction, the sealing strip comprises a fixed end and a free end which are connected in the first direction, the fixed end is used for being fixedly connected with the first component, the free end is used for abutting against the second component, and a buffering hole is formed between the free end and the fixed end and comprises a limiting part. The limiting part comprises two hole walls which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, a positioning protrusion is arranged on one hole wall, a positioning groove is formed in the other hole wall, the depth direction of the positioning groove extends in the first direction, and when the sealing strip is extruded in the first direction, the positioning protrusion is connected to the positioning groove in a clamped mode. According to the sealing strip, the free end can be prevented from deviating under the pressure difference condition, and the sealing effect is good. The vacuum oven is provided with the sealing strip, so that the sealing effect is good, and the leakage rate in a vacuum state is low.
