The invention provides a refrigerator and a household appliance. The refrigerator includes a main body forming a storage compartment and a door configured to open and close the storage compartment. The door includes: a door main body rotatably coupled to the main body and including a heat insulator therein; a plate main body positioned in front of the door main body; a first edge provided at a first edge of the plate main body and configured to be coupled to the door main body while rotating relative to the door main body; and a second edge disposed at a second edge of the plate main body opposite to the first edge, and configured to be coupled to the door main body when the first edge is coupled to the door main body.
