The invention discloses a bituminous pavement intelligent construction management and control system based on the Internet of Things, and the system comprises a speed measurement device which is used for monitoring the actual traveling speed of a road roller; the temperature measuring device is used for monitoring the actual temperature of the asphalt pavement; the environment temperature monitoring device is used for monitoring the actual temperature of the construction environment; the vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged on the road roller and is used for receiving the actual traveling speed of the road roller; the monitoring terminal is used for determining the estimated temperature drop speed of the asphalt pavement according to the actual temperature of the asphalt pavement and the construction environment, and determining the estimated temperature drop time according to the temperature difference between the actual temperature of the asphalt pavement and the lower limit value of the construction temperature interval and the estimated temperature drop speed; and the monitoring terminal is used for determining the reference traveling speed of the road roller according to the distance of the rolling operation and the estimated temperature drop time, and the monitoring terminal is used for sending the reference traveling speed to the vehicle-mounted terminal. Intelligent management and control of the asphalt pavement construction process can be realized based on the Internet of Things, and the construction quality is improved.
