Comprising a power generation water collection drip irrigation device and a plant root water retention device, the power generation water collection drip irrigation device comprises an inverted-cone-shaped rainwater collection cover, the bottom of the rainwater collection cover is connected with a drip irrigation device, and a water conveying pipeline part of the drip irrigation device is connected to the roots of plants. A solar photovoltaic panel is arranged on the inner surface of the rainwater collecting cover and connected with a photovoltaic power generation device. The plant root water retention device comprises a bottom pot, plant roots are planted in the bottom pot, the bottom pot is arranged in desert soil, the soil in the bottom pot is connected with a temperature and humidity sensor, the bottom of the bottom pot is connected with a water absorption strip, and the water absorption strip extends to an underground water layer in the desert soil; aiming at the condition that the desert environment is extremely short of water resources, the device fully utilizes limited water resources to accurately irrigate desert green vegetation, and the problem that the water resources in the desert environment are unreasonably and insufficiently utilized is solved.
