The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a novel carbon fiber insulation board in the technical field of high-temperature furnaces. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing a bottom box: manufacturing a thick circular carbon fiber insulation board by using a lamination mode, curing and carrying out high-temperature treatment; preparing a cover plate: manufacturing a carbon fiber insulation board by using a lamination mode, curing and performing high-temperature treatment; and processing a bottom box, namely hollowing out the middle of a bottom box plate subjected to high-temperature treatment, milling for 62-66mm from top to bottom on an engraving and milling machine, reserving a bottom surface with the thickness of 14-18mm without processing, and reserving an outer ring without processing. According to the carbon fiber heat insulation plate and the heat insulation cylinder, the traditional carbon fiber manufacturing process is simplified, the material cost is saved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the carbon fiber heat insulation plate and the heat insulation cylinder have more excellent heat insulation performance, effectively reduce the use energy consumption of a furnace and have better high temperature resistance.
