The invention discloses a cement mineralizing material and a preparation method thereof. The cement mineralizing material comprises the following raw material components: 10-30 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-15 parts of diethanolisohydramine, 4-8 parts of triisopropanolamine, 2-4 parts of a dispersant, 2-4 parts of a stabilizer, 1-3 parts of urea, 1-3 parts of limestone, 0.5-1.5 parts of an auxiliary agent, 2-6 parts of polyol and 20-40 parts of an industrial auxiliary material. The cement grinding aid has the beneficial effects that the early strength of cement can be effectively improved, the cement grinding efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the grinding energy consumption is reduced; by adding diethanolisohydramine, the adaptability of the cement mineralizing agent to cement is improved, so that the cement mineralizing agent is low in adding amount but has an outstanding effect on cement performance.
