Steel slag-based rock soil curing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, and particularly discloses a steel slag-based rock soil curing agent and a preparation method thereof. The steel slag-based rock soil curing agent comprises the following raw materials: 43-49 parts of steel slag; 40 to 48 parts of boehmite; 23 to 31 parts of cement; 10 to 14 parts of fly ash; 7-13 parts of silica fume; 3-7 parts of an alkali activator; 1-3 parts of an anionic surfactant; and 50-60 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing and stirring steel slag, boehmite, cement and silica fume, adding water, and stirring to obtain a gel component; s2, fly ash is added into the gel component prepared in the step S1, and the mixture is stirred and premixed for 60-120 s; and adding water, an alkali activator and an anionic surfactant into the premixed system, and quickly stirring for 90 seconds to obtain the steel slag-based rock-soil curing agent. The method has the advantage of reducing the use amount of cement.
