The invention discloses a quick-hardening early-strength cement-based grouting material for stabilizing a bottom plate of a bridge support, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 10-20 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 6-12 parts of a CSA expanding agent, 20-30 parts of silica fume, 0.3-0.5 part of a polycarboxylate water reducing agent, 30-40 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 10-20 parts of uncalcined coal gangue and 20-30 parts of fly ash microspheres. 5 to 7 parts of anhydrous sodium metasilicate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a thickening agent and 60 to 100 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cement-based grouting material. The cement-based grouting material provided by the invention is good in fluidity, high in early strength, capable of being rapidly cured, excellent in mechanical property, simple in preparation method and low in preparation cost.
