Preparation method of porous autoclaved sand brick
The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous autoclaved sand brick, which comprises the following steps: taking quicklime, river sand, quartz sand, fly ash, stone powder, construction waste, coarse aggregate and gypsum as raw materials for producing the porous autoclaved sand brick, crushing, grinding, mixing, carrying out primary stirring, digestion and secondary stirring on the mixture to obtain a mixture, and carrying out secondary stirring on the mixture to obtain the porous autoclaved sand brick. The mixture is put into an eight-hole rotary forming machine to be pressed into a right-angle hexahedron brick blank, then the right-angle hexahedron brick blank stands, finally, the brick blank is subjected to air removal stage maintenance, temperature and pressure rise stage maintenance, constant-temperature and constant-pressure condition maintenance and steam removal, temperature and pressure reduction maintenance in an autoclave, and the finished porous autoclaved sand brick is prepared. Cracks caused by inconsistent temperature difference between the surface of the rotary blank and the interior of the rotary blank can be avoided, so that the prepared brick blank has enough strength, bursting, looseness and strength reduction of a product caused by overlarge pressure difference and temperature difference can be effectively avoided, and the quality of the produced porous autoclaved sand brick is ensured.
本发明公开了一种多孔蒸压砂砖的制备方法,以生石灰、河砂、石英砂、粉煤灰、石粉、建筑垃圾、粗集料以及石膏作为多孔蒸压砂砖生产的原材料,经过破碎以及磨粉后进行混合,混合经过一次搅拌、消化以及二次搅拌制得拌合物,而后将拌合物投入八孔转式成型机压制成直角六面体砖胚,随后静置,最后将砖胚在蒸压釜内进行排除空气阶段养护、升温升压阶段养护、恒温恒压条件下养护以及排蒸汽降温降压下养护,制得成品多孔蒸压砂砖,能够避免因转胚表面与内部温差不一致而产生裂纹,使得制得的砖胚具有足够的强度,能够有效的避免出现由于压差和温差过大所造成的制品暴裂、酥松及强度下降,保证生产的多孔蒸压砂砖的质量。
