Autoclaved porous brick and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an autoclaved porous brick. The autoclaved porous brick comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of a curing material, 20-30% of slag, 20-30% of fly ash and 40-50% of gravel; and the curing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of mineral powder, 50-60% of clinker, 10-20% of lime and 1-8% of an additive. The preparation method of the autoclaved porous brick comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the curing material; S2, preparing raw materials; S3, digesting a mixture; S4, crushing; S5, forming and stacking; S6, steaming and pressing; and S7, detecting. The autoclaved porous brick has the beneficial effects that the cost is reduced by using the fly ash, the compressive strength of the autoclaved porous brick is improved by increasing the proportion of the curing material, and the autoclaved porous brick is ensured to meet performance requirements; the mineral slag is used for replacing cement clinker and lime, so that the density of the autoclaved porous brick is reduced, the compressive strength of the autoclaved porous brick is improved, and the pore-forming rate of the autoclaved porous brick is improved by utilizing irregular surfaces of particles of the mineral slag.
