The invention discloses a high-permeability manganese zinc ferrite composite material and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of magnetic composites.The process comprises the steps that 1, manganese zinc ferrite is prepared through an oxidation-coprecipitation phase inversion method and ground into powder; 2, preparing manganese zinc iron oxide/silicon dioxide composite powder through a positive and negative charge mutual attraction method, and grinding the manganese zinc iron oxide/silicon dioxide composite powder into powder; and 3, putting the manganese zinc iron oxide/silicon dioxide composite powder into a rectangular graphite mold to prepare a composite material sample. According to the high-permeability manganese-zinc ferrite composite material and the preparation process thereof, the prepared powder is uniform in particle size, high in purity and high in reaction activity, so that the production efficiency is effectively improved, the complex permeability of a sample can be improved, and the complex dielectric constant and the saturation magnetization are obviously improved.
