本发明实施例公开了高磁导率锰锌铁氧体宽频材料KAH150材料及其制备方法,所述材料在10‑200KHZ频率条件下,磁导率ui在10000‑15000±25%范围;所述材料的居里温度Tc>130℃;所述方法包括:按照Fe2O3为51.2‑54.5mol%,ZnO为19.1‑22.40mol%,其余为MnO的配比方式获取原材料;对所述原材料依次进行球磨、预烧、二次砂磨、喷雾造粒、制备毛坯和烧结处理,得到所述高磁导率锰锌铁氧体宽频材料KAH150材料。通过固定配方和掺杂的组合调整,使得材料磁导率在200KHZ时还能保持ui≥10000,高频性能得到大幅改善。
