The invention discloses a combined web suitable for a super-large span corrugated steel web combined beam bridge, which comprises lining concrete, a plurality of vertical stiffening ribs and a plurality of longitudinal stiffening ribs, the plurality of vertical stiffening ribs are respectively arranged on the wave crests of the corrugated steel web, the plurality of longitudinal stiffening ribs are arranged in a fitting manner along the trend of the corrugated steel web from top to bottom, and the lining concrete is arranged on the longitudinal stiffening ribs. The vertical distance between every two adjacent longitudinal stiffening ribs is not smaller than the critical height of overall buckling of the corrugated steel web. The longitudinal stiffening ribs are arranged on the transition section of the lining concrete composite web and the pure corrugated steel web, the setting length of lining concrete of the super-large-span corrugated steel web composite beam bridge can be shortened, the self weight of a main beam is further reduced, and midspan downwarping is reduced; the longitudinal stiffening ribs can reduce the effective height of the web, the vertical stiffening ribs can improve the out-of-plane bending inertia moment of the web, the longitudinal stiffening ribs and the vertical stiffening ribs can both improve the overall shear buckling stress of the web, and the problem that the overall stability is reduced due to increase of the height of the corrugated steel web is solved.
本发明公开了一种适用于超大跨径波折钢腹板组合梁桥的组合腹板,包括内衬混凝土以及若干竖向加劲肋和若干纵向加劲肋,若干竖向加劲肋分别设置在波折钢腹板的波峰上,若干纵向加劲肋从上到下沿波折钢腹板的走向贴合布置,相邻纵向加劲肋的竖向间距不小于波折钢腹板的整体屈曲的临界高度;本发明在内衬混凝土组合腹板和纯波折钢腹板过渡段设置纵向和纵向加劲肋,可减短超大跨径波折钢腹板组合梁桥内衬混凝土的设置长度,进一步减轻主梁自重,减少跨中下挠;纵向加劲肋可减小腹板有效高度,竖向加劲肋可提高腹板面外抗弯惯性矩,二者均可提高腹板整体剪切屈曲应力,解决了波折钢腹板高度增加导致的整体稳定性降低的问题。
