Assembling box girder bridging construction method
The invention discloses a box girder assembly bridging construction method which comprises the following steps that a plurality of bridge piers are arranged in the extending direction of a target bridge at intervals, and the two bridge piers located on the outermost side are the starting bridge pier and the tail bridge pier respectively; providing a movable bracket, wherein the movable bracket is provided with a first supporting leg, a second supporting leg and a third supporting leg; the first supporting leg, the second supporting leg and the third supporting leg of the movable support are sequentially installed on the three adjacent bridge piers at intervals in the extending direction of the target bridge from the starting bridge pier; and the multiple assembled box girders are sequentially conveyed to the position between the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg through the movable support, and the multiple assembled box girders are sequentially assembled to form the target bridge. According to the method, the multiple assembled box girders are manufactured in advance and then sequentially installed to form part of the bridge body, the preset assembled box girders are roughly the same in specification, batch production can be achieved, and therefore during installation, rapid assembly can be achieved, the installation speed is increased, meanwhile, cast-in-place is not needed, and the influence and pollution to the environment are reduced.
本发明公开了一种拼装箱梁造桥施工方法,包括以下步骤:沿目标桥梁的延伸方向间隔设置多个桥墩,其中,位于最外侧的两个桥墩分别为起始桥墩和末尾桥墩;提供一移动支架,移动支架具有第一支腿、第二支腿和第三支腿;将移动支架的第一支腿、第二支腿和第三支腿自起始桥墩沿目标桥梁的延伸方向依次间隔安装在相邻的三个桥墩上;通过移动支架将多个拼装箱梁依次运送至第一支腿与第二支腿之间,并将多个拼装箱梁依次拼装形成目标桥梁。本发明预先制作多个拼装箱梁,后将多个拼装箱梁依次安装形成部分桥体,预设的拼装箱梁规格大致相同,可以批量生产,从而在安装时可以迅速装配,提高安装速度,同时无需现场浇筑,减少对环境的影响和污染。
