A guide buffer unit for converting vehicle impact into circular motion and an air inflation unit for inflating the air cushion buffer unit are arranged in the movable plate, the air inflation unit is located under the guide buffer unit, the air inflation time of the air bag is short, the air inflation amount is large, and when a vehicle is guided by the movable plate to collide with the expanded air bag, the air bag can be inflated into the air cushion buffer unit. Soft buffering and restraining are provided for a vehicle and passengers, damage to the passengers and the vehicle is reduced, certain buffering is provided for the vehicle through the columnar impact block, meanwhile, certain guiding force can be provided for the vehicle through the rolling columnar impact block, and the vehicle is made to move in the direction of the movable plate and collide with the air bag.
