The uppermost layer of sealing partition plate in the upper sealing partition plate set is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the sleeve, the lowermost layer of sealing partition plate is a middle layer of sealing partition plate, the uppermost layer of sealing partition plate in the lower sealing partition plate set is a middle layer of sealing partition plate, the lowermost layer of sealing partition plate is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the sleeve, and the two middle layer of sealing partition plates are connected.
