The invention belongs to the field of CFG pile reinforcement, and provides a CFG pile reinforcement construction method which comprises the steps that the bottom of an embedded steel pipe is perforated or slotted, and inner and outer slurry surfaces are kept communicated; at the upper part of the implanted steel pipe, symmetrically arranging a plurality of twisted steel bars for reinforcement along the outer wall of the steel pipe from top to bottom to the depth of 1.8-2m; the steel bars and the steel pipes are connected by welding; a plurality of positioners are symmetrically arranged on the implanted steel pipe at intervals of 1.8-2m; positioning and paying off are conducted on the CFG pile to be reinforced, and then drilling is conducted; the implanted steel pipe is led into the bottom of the hole, and meanwhile the top face of the implanted steel pipe is flush with the top face of the original pile in height; cement paste is adopted for grouting in the drill hole, the water-cement ratio is 0.40-0.50, and the 28d compressive strength grade of cement paste stone is not less than 30Mpa. According to the method, the problem that the bearing capacity of the pile body of the CFG pile is insufficient is effectively solved, three groups of single-pile static load tests, four groups of single-pile composite foundation tests and pile body integrity detection are carried out on the reinforced CFG pile, and the national current standard and design detection requirements can be met.
