The invention discloses a construction method of a shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of an engineering pile and the reinforcing structure of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that a hole is drilled in an area defined by stirrups of the engineering pile and drilled to the position below a broken joint of the engineering pile; the prefabricated shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is placed in the excavated hole; the bottom of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is located below the broken joint, and the top of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is located above the broken joint; and concrete with the strength higher than that of an original broken pile is poured to the elevation of the pile top, and broken pile reinforcing is completed. According to the construction method of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile, the excavated hole is formed in a pile core of the engineering pile, the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is placed in the excavated hole, the bottom of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is located below the broken joint, and the top of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile is located above the broken joint, and connection reinforcing of pile foundation concrete above and below the broken joint is achieved; and by means of the high-strength characteristic and the shear-bearing capacity of the shallow broken pile reinforcing structure of the engineering pile, a pile foundation obtained after overall repairing has better pile foundation pressure resistance and shear-bearing capacity.
