The invention discloses a three-edged shutter building skin system capable of giving consideration to hot summer and cold winter climates, and relates to the technical field of building skin systems. The shutters located at the top position and the shutters located at the bottom position are top-bottom three-edged shutters, and the shutters located at the middle position are middle-section three-edged shutters. The driving mechanism is used for driving the shutters to rotate, and the shutters are switched between a first mode state and a second mode state; in the first mode state, every two adjacent shutters are attached to each other so as to form a closed cavity located between the foundation wall and the shutters, and the heat absorption plate inclines towards the upper portion of the outer side so as to absorb solar radiation; in the second mode state, a first ventilation channel is formed between every two adjacent shutters so that the cavity can be communicated with the external atmosphere, the shading plate inclines towards the upper portion of the outer side so as to block sunlight from entering, and a second ventilation channel is formed in the position of the ventilation net of each top-bottom three-edge shutter. According to the invention, optimal response to energy factors of hot climate and cold climate can be realized.
