Single-cone type steel bar connector and connecting method thereof
The single-cone type steel bar connector comprises a clamping piece set, the clamping piece set comprises a plurality of clamping pieces, the clamping pieces are integrally conical after being assembled, the inner wall of the clamping piece set is cylindrical and is provided with internal threads, and the clamping piece set is embedded into steel bar base metal to be connected through the internal threads in a matched mode; a smooth conical hole is formed in the sleeve, the conical inclination angle of the sleeve is consistent with the conical inclination angle of the clamping piece set, the sleeve is integrally arranged on the clamping piece set in a sleeving mode, and the sleeve and the clamping piece set form slope self-locking so that the clamping piece set can connect the two steel bars to be connected into a whole. The invention further discloses a connecting method of the single-cone type steel bar connector. The connector is simple and reasonable in structure; the device can adapt to axial and radial deviations, and the two to-be-connected steel bars do not need to be pretreated; the internal threads of the clamping piece set are embedded into steel bar base metal to be self-locked with the inclined face formed by the inner surface of the sleeve and the outer surface of the clamping piece set, so that steel bar connection is achieved, connection is stable and reliable, and the requirements of an existing construction technology are completely met.
本发明公开了一种单锥式钢筋连接器,包括夹片组,其包括多个夹片,多个夹片组装后整体呈锥形,夹片组内壁为圆柱形并设置有内螺纹,夹片组通过内螺纹配合嵌入待连接钢筋母材内部;套筒,其内部为光滑的锥形孔,套筒的锥形倾斜角度与夹片组的锥形倾斜角度一致,套筒整体套于夹片组上并与夹片组形成斜面自锁以使得夹片组将两根待连接钢筋连接为一体。本发明还公开了一种单锥式钢筋连接器的连接方法。本发明的连接器构型简单、合理;且能适应轴向、径向偏差,两根待连接钢筋无需预处理;利用夹片组内螺纹嵌入钢筋母材内部与套筒内表面与夹片组外表面形成的斜面自锁,从而实现钢筋连接,且连接稳固、可靠,完全满足现有施工技术的要求。
