The invention provides an out-of-roof waterproof joint construction structure, which accelerates the construction progress in the treatment of waterproof joints such as out-of-roof pipelines, upright posts and equipment foundations, and ensures the construction quality. The construction result meets the design requirement, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the key effect is achieved for smooth construction. Meanwhile, the node is waterproof, so that later roof waterproof detection and maintenance are facilitated, and later maintenance cost is reduced.
