Through the procedures of soaking, drying and finished cloth dyeing, metal ions in a solution are fixed to the surface and the interior of a mixed fiber line through a physical adsorption method, the metal ions are prepared into an antibacterial agent, and after the metal ions make contact with bacteria to react, the metal ions penetrate through cell walls to enter cells and react with sulfydryl, so that protein is solidified, and the antibacterial effect is achieved. And when the thalli lose activity, metal ions can be dissociated from the thalli, the sterilization activity is repeated, and the sterilization effect is lasting.
