A locking piece is suitable for being assembled on two building templates, each building template comprises a plate body and a frame, each frame defines a positioning hole and a locking hole with an internal thread section, and the locking piece comprises a shoulder part defining a rotating axis, a driven part formed on the shoulder part and a positioning part connected with the shoulder part. The positioning part comprises a first conical section and a second conical section, the first conical section is used for being inserted into a positioning hole of one of the building templates so as to limit the deviation of the rotating axis, and the thread part is used for being inserted into a locking hole of the other one of the building templates together with the second conical section so as to limit the deviation of the rotating axis. And the positioning part is matched with the corresponding positioning hole and the corresponding locking hole, so that the plate body can be kept flat.
一种锁固件，适用组装于两建筑模板，每一个建筑模板包括板体及框架，每一个框架界定出定位孔，及具有内螺纹段的锁固孔，所述锁固件包含界定出转动轴线的肩部、形成于所述肩部的受驱部、连接所述肩部的定位部，及连接所述定位部的螺纹部，所述定位部包括第一锥段及第二锥段，所述第一锥段用于插入所述等建筑模板的其中一者的定位孔以限制所述转动轴线的偏移，所述螺纹部用于与所述第二锥段共同插入所述建筑模板的另一者的锁固孔，以使所述螺纹部螺锁入所述内螺纹段，借由所述定位部配合相对应的所述定位孔与所述锁固孔，可使所述板体保持平整。
