The locking piece comprises a shoulder part for defining a rotating axis, a driven part formed on the shoulder part, a positioning part with a first conical section and a second conical section, and a threaded part, the positioning hole is used for allowing the first conical section to be inserted so as to limit the deviation of the rotating axis, so that the second conical section is exposed out of the frame; the locking hole is used for allowing the threaded part and the second conical section to be inserted into so that the threaded part can be locked into the inner threaded section in a threaded mode, and therefore the positioning part is inserted into the positioning hole and the locking hole in a matched mode, and after a plurality of building formwork devices are assembled, the plate body can be kept flat.
