A first connecting block is fixedly connected to the side, away from the fixing plate, of the second top plate, and a second sleeve is rotationally connected to the outer portion of the first connecting block. During use, when the device needs to be used, the fixing plate and the first top plate are hinged after being combined through a third connecting rod, the second connecting block and a first rotating shaft, and the fixing plate and the first top plate are fixed; a second top plate moves up and down by rotating a control block, when the included angle between a fixing plate and a first top plate is appropriate, the control block stops rotating, and then the device is fixed to the outer side wall of a cross beam and an upper formwork of a wall body through a first screw hole and a second screw hole by means of a high-strength bolt; and therefore, the cross beams and the templates of the wall body at different angles can be fixed.
