The invention relates to a house building structure beam bottom adjusting type reinforcing device which comprises a bottom supporting plate, an adjusting seat, an adjusting screw rod, a vertical supporting plate, a transverse supporting plate, a hanging rod and a telescopic rod. First hinge seats are arranged at the two end parts of the bottom supporting plate; the adjusting seat comprises a sliding block part, an upper supporting part and a lower adjusting part, the sliding block part is adaptively sleeved in the horizontal adjusting hole, the upper supporting part and the lower adjusting part are respectively arranged above and below the sliding block part, and a second hinge seat is arranged on the upper supporting part; the adjusting screw rod is a left-hand thread screw rod; the lower portion of the vertical supporting plate is hinged to the second hinge seat. A third hinge seat is arranged at the upper part of the vertical supporting plate; one end of the transverse supporting plate is hinged to the third hinge seat; a hoisting hole is formed in the middle of the transverse supporting plate; the two ends of the telescopic rod are hinged to the first hinge base and the fourth hinge base. According to the device, mechanical clamping can be conducted structurally, then the device is matched with structural beams of different sizes, installation is convenient, the reinforcing effect of a reinforcing structure on a wall is improved, and the whole structure does not damage the structural beams.
