The invention discloses an anti-pinch method for automatically identifying gradient and adjusting a vehicle door, which integrates a high-performance ultra-low power consumption triaxial accelerometer to collect the inclination angle of a vehicle in real time; the phase current value of the motor is monitored through a high-performance current sensor; the temperature of the environment where the vehicle is located and the angle position and speed of a vehicle door frame are collected in real time; a preset comparison value is obtained according to three factors of the inclination angle of the vehicle, the environment temperature and the angle position of the door frame. And the collected phase current is compared with a preset comparison value, the change of the speed of the door frame is considered, and whether the anti-pinch function is started or not is comprehensively judged. If the anti-pinch function is started, the motor stops running immediately, and personnel injury is effectively prevented.
