The universal hydraulic breaking hammer middle cylinder component comprises a middle cylinder body, a piston, a piston ring, a reversing valve and a sealing piece, an inner hole structure of the middle cylinder body comprises two buffer cavities, a first buffer cavity in front of a middle cavity and a second buffer cavity in front of a rear cavity, and the first buffer cavity can also be omitted; the corresponding piston structure is divided into three cylindrical step sections with different diameters, the middle section is divided into a front section, a middle section and a rear section, the diameter of the front section of the piston is d1, the diameter of the front section of the middle section is d2, the diameter of the middle section of the middle section is d4, the diameter of the rear section of the middle section is d6, the diameter of the rear section of the piston is d5, and the diameter of each cylindrical section is larger than or equal to d5 and smaller than or equal to d1, smaller than d2 and smaller than or equal to d4; the whole piston is effectively supported through a supporting structure composed of the middle cylinder body sealing piece and the high-pressure oil film, and the phenomena of surface scratches and cylinder scoring caused to the piston and an inner hole of the middle cylinder body at any stage in the working process are avoided; and meanwhile, the device is suitable for gas-liquid combined type, nitrogen explosion type and full-hydraulic type hydraulic breaking hammers.
本发明一种通用型液压破碎锤中缸部件,其包括中缸体、活塞、活塞环、换向阀和密封件,所述中缸体内孔结构包括二个缓冲腔,中腔之前的第一缓冲腔和后腔之前的第二缓冲腔,也可以不设置第一缓冲腔;相应的活塞结构分为三段直径不同的圆柱体台阶段,其中中段又分为前、中、后三段,活塞前段直径为d1,中段的前段直径为d2,中段的中段直径为d4,中段的后段直径为d6,活塞后段直径为d5,各圆柱段直径大小关系为d5≤d1<d2<d4≤d6;本发明通过中缸体密封件和高压油膜构成的支撑结构,对整个活塞形成有效支撑,避免了工作中的任何阶段对活塞和中缸体内孔造成的表面划痕、拉缸现象;同时适用于气液联合式、氮爆式和全液压式液压破碎锤。
