The invention discloses a middle cylinder body sealing structure of a hydraulic breaking hammer. The middle cylinder body inner hole sealing structure sequentially comprises a dustproof sealing ring groove 11, a piston rod sealing ring groove 12, a piston rod sealing ring groove 13, an oil return groove 14 and a piston rod sealing ring groove 15, and the middle cylinder body inner hole sealing structure further comprises a constant-high-pressure groove 19 formed between the groove 15 and a front cavity, wherein the groove 19 communicates with the front cavity through an oil path 20, and high-pressure oil is introduced normally; and a constant-high-pressure groove 17 and a sealing ring groove 18 can also be additionally formed between the sealing ring groove 13 and the oil return groove 14under the condition that the sealing ring groove 15 is not arranged, the constant-high-pressure groove 17 communicates with the front cavity through an oil path 21, and meanwhile, an oil return groove16 is additionally formed between the sealing ring groove 12 and the sealing ring groove 13 for introducing low-pressure return oil. The middle cylinder body sealing structure is suitable for hydraulic breaking hammers of various models, so that a sealing part of the middle cylinder body sealing structure is matched with a sealed surface more tightly, the supporting effect on a piston is enhanced, and meanwhile, the service life of the sealing part can be effectively prolonged.
