The invention relates to a modification method of steel slag, modified steel slag and a method for reducing the expansion rate of the steel slag. Comprising the following steps: mixing steel slag with a modification treatment solution, soaking, and drying to obtain modified steel slag with the water content of not more than 0.1%; wherein the modification treatment liquid comprises at least one even fatty acid salt with the carbon chain number of 10-18. According to the modification method of the steel slag provided by the invention, the water absorption expansion rate of the steel slag can be effectively reduced, the expansion of the steel slag can be inhibited, the deformation problem caused when the steel slag is used as concrete aggregate can be further inhibited, and the stability of the steel slag can be improved; the fluidity and strength of the concrete are not affected, and the concrete is the same as conventional concrete of common aggregate. Compared with concrete prepared from steel slag aggregate which is not subjected to modification treatment, the concrete material provided by the invention has the advantages that the volume stability is obviously improved, and the requirements of relevant specifications of the concrete are met.
本发明涉及一种钢渣的改性方法、改性钢渣和降低钢渣膨胀率的方法。包括:将钢渣与改性处理液混合后,浸泡后干燥,得到含水率不超过0.1%的改性钢渣;其中,改性处理液包括至少一种碳链数为10~18的偶数的脂肪酸盐。本发明所提供的钢渣的改性方法,可以有效的降低钢渣吸水的膨胀率,抑制其发生膨胀,进一步地可以抑制其作为混凝土骨料过程中带来的形变问题,提高其安定性能,并且,经过改性处理后的钢渣所制备的混凝土,其流动性、强度并未收到影响,与普通骨料的常规混凝土无异。对比未进行改性处理的钢渣骨料所制备的混凝土,本发明所提供的混凝土材料体积安定性得到了明显改善,并且满足混凝土的相关规范的要求。
