The invention discloses a preparation method of an underwater micro-nano cementing material, which comprises the following steps: step 1, modifying iron-containing solid waste by using a powder material containing a hydraulic cementing material and a magnetic supplement material to form a magnetic aggregate; and 2, carrying out secondary modification on the magnetic aggregate and a supplementary micro-nano powder material to form the underwater micro-nano cementing material. The prepared micro-nano gel material can be formed before hydration and can be naturally hydrated, hardened and formed underwater under the condition that a mold is not used, and the problem that cement powder particles are dispersed underwater and are not easy to form is solved.
本发明公开了一种水下微纳米胶凝材料的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:步骤一、用含有水硬性胶凝材料的粉体材料与磁性补充材料对含铁固体废弃物进行改性,形成磁性凝聚体;步骤二、将磁性凝聚体与补充微纳米粉体材料进行二次改性,形成水下微纳米胶凝材料。本发明制备的微纳米凝胶材料在水化前即可成型,并且在不使用模具的情况下,可以在水下自然水化硬化成型,解决了水泥粉体颗粒在水下分散而不易成型的难题。
