The fishway device comprises a main body unit, and the main body unit is arranged in a river channel and comprises a fishway bottom plate, an inlet and an outlet, a containing groove and a fishway wing wall; the power generation unit comprises an extrusion assembly, electric push rods arranged on the two sides of the extrusion assembly, an energy storage assembly arranged above the extrusion assembly and a cover plate arranged above the energy storage assembly. And the energy dissipation unit comprises a first-stage water retaining assembly arranged on one side of the power generation unit and a second-stage water retaining assembly arranged on one side of the first-stage water retaining assembly, and the second-stage water retaining assembly is arranged on the fishway bottom plate. According to the fishway device with the multi-stage flood discharge energy dissipation and power generation functions, normal migration of fishes is guaranteed through cooperative use of the first-stage water retaining assembly and the second-stage water retaining assembly, meanwhile, the riverway is protected along the bank, and potential energy of water flow can be converted into electric energy through the power generation unit when the fishway device is not in the fish migration season.
