The ecological interception ditch system comprises a drainage ditch and an interception dam located at a drainage opening of the drainage ditch, and the side slope and the ditch bottom of the drainage ditch are laid through grass planting bricks; the dam crest of the interception dam serves as an overflow channel, a drainage gate is arranged on the lower middle portion of the dam body to serve as a clear water channel, and a sludge outlet is formed in the bottom of the dam body. The ecological interception ditch system is small in occupied area, low in cost and convenient to maintain and dredge, traditional dredging measures for excavating a river channel are not needed, and damage to a complete aquatic ecosystem in the ecological ditch is avoided while the cost is saved.
