The invention provides a net rack steel platform jacking device and a construction method thereof. The net rack steel platform jacking device comprises a jack, a jacking support, a standard knot support and a bearing support. The jack is placed in the jacking bracket; the standard knot support is arranged on the jacking support and connected with the jacking support through flange bolts. The bearing support is arranged on the standard knot support and connected with the standard knot support through flange bolts. The number of the standard knot supports is multiple, and every two standard knot supports are connected through flange bolts. The device is simple in structural composition, flexible and convenient to transport, simple and rapid in installation mode and high in construction speed, and therefore human input and cost input can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the number and the installation positions of the jacking devices can be flexibly selected according to the size of the net rack steel platform, and through synchronous jacking of the multiple sets of jacking devices, overall lifting of the large-area net rack steel platform spliced in advance can be achieved.
