Solid waste unfired lightweight ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses solid waste unfired lightweight ceramsite. The unfired ceramsite is prepared from slag powder, calcium fluoride, straw, solid waste fibers, waste foam, cement, a physical additive, a physical foaming agent and water as raw materials. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, grinding the slag powder by using an edge runner mill, crushing the straws, the waste gas foam and the solid waste fibers by using a crusher, adding the cement, the physical additive and the water, conveying all the materials into a stirrer after being conveyed by a conveying belt, adding the foaming agent, and uniformly stirring; 2, sequentially inputting the uniformly stirred materials into a press machine and a granulator; and 3, putting the ceramsite blank granulated in the step 2 into a curing kiln for curing, or naturally curing, so as to obtain the unfired ceramsite. The ceramsite concrete has the advantages of being light in weight, good in anti-seismic performance and good in sealing performance, and has the characteristics of excellent alkali aggregate reaction resistance, corrosion resistance, low density, good freezing resistance, heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture insulation and the like.
