The invention relates to high-ductility concrete with high bending toughness and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of building materials, and is mainly applied to thin composite floor slabs. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450 to 480 parts of Portland cement, 120 to 150 parts of mineral powder, 510 to 540 parts of fine aggregate, 65 to 80 parts of composite reinforced fiber, 4.2 to 4.4 parts of a water reducing agent and 180 to 200 parts of water, according to the composite reinforced fiber, steel fiber is used as a core material, siloxane groups are attached to the surface of the steel fiber through chelation, then the surface is coated with alkali paste with fly ash as a main material, a porous protective layer containing silicon and calcium is formed through sintering, calcium silicate is loaded in a porous structure through a deposition method, and corrosion prevention and protection are conducted on the steel fiber. And through physical embedding and hydration promotion, the bonding strength of the steel fibers and the concrete is enhanced, and the toughening effect of the steel fibers is fully exerted.
本发明涉及一种具有高弯曲韧性的高延展混凝土及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域,主要应用于薄型叠合楼板方面。该混凝土按照重量份计包括:硅酸盐水泥450‑480份、矿粉120‑150份、细骨料510‑540份、复合增强纤维65‑80份、减水剂4.2‑4.4份和水180‑200份;复合增强纤维以钢纤维为芯材,通过螯合在钢纤维表面附着硅氧烷基团,之后在表面涂覆以粉煤灰为主材的碱膏,经过烧结形成含硅钙的多孔保护层,再利用沉积法在多孔结构中负载硅酸钙,对钢纤维进行防腐防护,通过物理嵌合和促进水化,加强钢纤维与混凝土的结合强度,充分发挥钢纤维的增韧作用。
