The invention relates to the field of concrete, and discloses high-toughness anti-bending concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparingorganic aerogel by taking resorcinol, formaldehyde, anhydrous sodium carbonate, magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite and water as raw materials; (2) carbonizing the organic aerogel to obtain a carbon aerogel coated hydrotalcite filler; (3) uniformly dispersing hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene liquid rubber, epoxy resin, dicyandiamide and nano silicon dioxide, and carrying out spray drying to obtain amicrosphere elastic filler; and (4) uniformly mixing the carbon aerogel coated hydrotalcite filler, the microsphere elastic filler, cement, sand, silica fume, crushed stone, a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent and polypropylene fiber to obtain the high-toughness bending-resistant concrete. According to the concrete prepared by the invention, the tensile property, the bending resistance and the toughness of the concrete are effectively improved, the generation of cracks is inhibited, the mechanical property and the durability of the concrete are improved, the service life is prolonged, and the risk is reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土的领域,公开了一种高韧性抗弯折混凝土及制备方法。包括如下制备过程:(1)以间苯二酚、甲醛、无水碳酸钠、镁铝水滑石、水为原料制得有机气凝胶;(2)将有机气凝胶碳化处理,得到碳气凝胶包覆水滑石填料;(3)将端羟基聚丁二烯液体橡胶、环氧树脂、双氰胺、纳米二氧化硅分散均匀并喷雾干燥,制得微球弹性填充物;(4)将碳气凝胶包覆水滑石填料、微球弹性填充物、水泥、砂、硅灰、碎石、减水剂、引气剂、聚丙烯纤维拌合均匀,即得高韧性抗弯折混凝土。本发明制得的混凝土,有效改善了混凝土的抗拉性能、抗弯折性能和韧性,抑制裂缝的产生,提升了混凝土的力学性能和耐久性,延长了使用寿命,降低了风险。
