The cement admixture comprises a copolymer (A), an unsaturated (poly) alkylene glycol ether monomer (a) and alkenyl-free (poly) ethylene glycol (B), the copolymer (A) comprises a unit I and a unit II, the unit I is an unsaturated (poly) alkylene glycol ether monomer (a), and the unit II is an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer (b). When the viscosity reduction type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is synthesized, the polyether monomer containing a long carbon chain is added, so that the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer contains a long side chain structure, the steric hindrance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is increased, the space stabilization effect of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is more remarkable, and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has an obvious viscosity reduction effect; the steric hindrance effect can be better exerted when the composite material acts with sand and gravel materials such as cement, and the composite material is low in cost, low in energy consumption, easy to prepare, free of pollution to the environment, easy to degrade and huge in future market prospect.
