The outer wall surface layer intelligent trowelling equipment for house construction comprises a movable base, a lifting mechanism is arranged on the movable base, and an intelligent trowelling mechanism is arranged on the front face of the lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism comprises vertical rods symmetrically arranged on the top of the movable base, a top plate and a bottom plate which are arranged between the two vertical rods, a lifting lead screw rotationally arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and a bearing frame mechanism slidably arranged between the vertical rods. The threaded cylinder is embedded in the bearing frame mechanism and is in threaded sleeve connection with the lifting lead screw; the mounting panel is arranged on the front surface of the bearing frame mechanism; in the process, it is only needed to adjust the position of the movable base to be parallel to the wall, it is avoided that a worker subjectively influences the judgment work of the smoothness of wall surface trowelling operation, the reliability of the wall surface trowelling process is improved, and the working efficiency is improved. The problems that the workload is large and the strength is high when wall surface trowelling operation is conducted manually at present are solved.
本发明公开了一种房屋建设用外墙墙面层智能抹平设备,包括移动底座,移动底座设置有升降机构,升降机构正面设置有智能抹平机构;升降机构包括对称设置于移动底座顶部的竖杆、设置于两个竖杆之间的顶板和底板、转动设置于顶板与底板之间的升降丝杠、滑动设置于竖杆之间的承载架机构、嵌设于承载架机构内部且与升降丝杠螺纹套接的螺纹筒和设置于承载架机构正面的安装面板;达到保证墙壁水泥面厚薄均匀和提升水泥面的抹平质量的目的,在此过程中注意调节移动底座位置时保证与墙壁平行即可,避免工作人员主观影响墙面抹平作业平整性的判断工作,提升了墙面抹平过程的可靠性,解决了目前采用人工进行墙面抹平作业时存在作业量大、强度高的问题。
