The invention discloses an atypical key layer filling mining method for a coal mine, which comprises the following steps of: (1) determining a filling mining area, and carrying out strip division based on surface subsidence control requirements; (2) carrying out strip mining in the filling mining area; (3) performing grouting filling on a goaf formed after strip mining, wherein the grouting amount is 35-38% of the volume of the mined coal; (4) the adjacent strips are mined while grouting and filling are conducted on the goaf with the mined strips; and (5) the steps (2)-(4) are repeated, and filling mining operation is completed. According to the method, construction is easy and convenient, filling mining is conducted on an atypical key layer, the collapse angle and the collapse height of overlying strata can be effectively reduced, lateral collapse and deformation of coal and rock pillars are limited, collapse spaces of adjacent working faces cannot be communicated, ground deformation and subsidence are reduced, the coal mining rate is increased, the safety of constructors is guaranteed, and the ecological environment protection effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种煤矿的非典型关键层充填开采方法,包括以下步骤:(1)确定充填开采区域,并基于地表沉陷控制要求进行条带划分;(2)在充填开采区域内进行条带开采;(3)对条带开采后形成的采空区进行注浆充填,注浆量为开采煤炭体积的35‑38%;(4)在对已开采条带的采空区注浆充填的同时进行相邻条带的开采;(5)重复步骤(2)‑(4),完成充填开采作业。本发明的方法施工简便,针对非典型关键层进行充填开采,可有效减小覆岩垮落角和垮落高度,限制煤岩柱侧向垮落和变形,使相邻工作面垮落空间无法贯通,减小地面变形和沉陷,提高煤炭采出率,保证施工人员安全,提高生态环境保护效果。
