The invention belongs to the field of offshore wave power generation, and relates to a liftable variable-speed wave power generation device in the field, which comprises a lifting mechanism, a generator mounted on the upper surface of the lifting mechanism, a transmission system fixedly connected with an input shaft of the generator, and a connecting rod mechanism connected with the transmission system, the generator is mounted at the top of the platform through bolts; according to the power generation device, wave energy is ingeniously converted into mechanical energy through the connecting rod mechanism, the floating ball is driven to float up and down through fluctuation of waves, the floating ball drives the connecting rod mechanism to reciprocate up and down, the power generator is driven to rotate through the transmission system, and the connecting rod mechanism moves coherently, so that the power generation device is neat in layout, stable in system and convenient to maintain; the walking mechanism drives the calipers to enable the moving shaft to generate axial displacement for speed change, the meshing relation between the gears is changed, the transmission ratio of gear transmission is changed, and therefore large energy can be more efficiently transmitted to the power generator when the wave intensity is large.
