The invention discloses a material conveying device of an earthing storage tank, which comprises a material output pump, a material output module and a driving auxiliary module, and is characterized in that the material output pump is arranged in the earthing storage tank; the material output module comprises a material output pipeline, and the material output pipeline is connected with a material output pump and extends out of the earthing storage tank; the driving auxiliary module comprises a booster pump and a buffer tank which are connected in series through a pipeline, and the two ends of the driving auxiliary module are connected with the driving part of the material output pump through pipelines respectively. The material output pump is arranged in the storage tank, a culvert does not need to be arranged, the requirement of the machine pump for the net positive suction head is reduced, the process requirement is met, meanwhile, the driving auxiliary module is adopted for driving the material output pump, an external power source is not needed for providing power, safety is high, and installability is high.
