The gravel is soaked in the acid solution and then soaked in the alkaline solution, a large number of pores can be generated in the gravel, then the gravel is soaked in the concrete reinforcing agent, the concrete reinforcing agent permeates into the pores of the gravel, the strength of the gravel can be improved, and the gravel can be reused.
