By using the clear water powder with specific composition, the state of a concrete mixture can be improved, the workability of the concrete is effectively improved, the compactness of the interior and surface of the concrete is increased, and apparent pores of the concrete are reduced. And the apparent state of the concrete can be effectively improved by matching with a corresponding process, so that the surface effect of the formed concrete structure is as flat as a mirror, and the concrete structure can reflect light under the irradiation of sunlight or lamplight to present a mirror mapping state.
