The invention discloses a method for controlling surface watermarks and chromatic aberration of fair-faced concrete and the obtained fair-faced concrete.The method comprises the following steps that in the fair-faced concrete preparation process, a water reducing agent, water, an ether modifier and a silane reagent are mixed and stirred to be uniform, and then the mixture is used for preparation and production of the fair-faced concrete. According to the method, control over water waves and chromatic aberration on the surface of the bare concrete is achieved through the amphiphilic active water wave shielding technology and the compressed silica powder slurry internal redispersion technology, and the amphiphilic active water wave shielding technology enables components forming the water waves to be restrained and solidified in the concrete in the concrete forming stage so as to achieve shielding of the water waves; the surface wettability is improved and a same ion repulsion effect is generated by a compressed silica powder slurry internal redispersion technology, and the compressed silica powder slurry and the ether modifier generate a synergistic effect, so that the effective dispersion of the light admixture in the low-water-cement-ratio concrete slurry is realized, the consistency of the surface color of the fair-faced concrete is improved, and the formation of water waves and chromatic aberration on the surface of the fair-faced concrete is avoided.
