The high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 490-510 parts of cement, 770-790 parts of coal ash, 450-460 parts of quartz sand, 9-11 parts of a water reducing agent, 300-305 parts of water and 15-17 parts of fibers, wherein the weight ratio of the cement to the coal ash to the quartz sand is (kg/m < 3 >) to the water reducing agent; the high-performance concrete is obtained by adding the fibers and mixing the cement, the fly ash, the quartz sand, the water reducing agent and the water according to a specific proportion, so that the compression resistance, the shear resistance and the crack resistance of the concrete are remarkably improved.
