Concrete laminated slab with ultra-high performance and construction method of concrete laminated slab
The invention relates to a concrete laminated slab with ultra-high performance, and belongs to the field of concrete laminated slabs. The concrete laminated slab comprises a plurality of bearing columns which are arranged at equal intervals, the same laminated slab is placed at the tops of every two adjacent bearing columns, and six sets of moving assemblies facilitating moving of the laminated slab are symmetrically arranged in the laminated slabs. A fixing assembly used for fixing every two adjacent bearing columns is arranged in each laminated slab, and a connecting assembly used for reinforcing connection between the bearing columns and each laminated slab is arranged at the bottom of the corresponding laminated slab. The concrete laminated slab is compact in structure, the laminated slabs can be easily moved through balls, the laminated slabs can be conveniently spliced, and steel bar welding is not needed in the splicing process. Inserting blocks can be directly inserted into T-shaped grooves, simplicity and convenience are achieved, the splicing complexity is reduced, the splicing efficiency is improved, in addition, strip-shaped blocks are clamped into clamping grooves in the splicing process, and the connection stability between the bearing columns and the laminated slabs can be enhanced.
本发明涉及一种具有超高性能的混凝土叠合板,属于装混凝土叠合板领域,包括等距排布的多个承重柱,相邻两个所述承重柱的顶部放置有同一个叠合板,所述叠合板内对称设有六组分别便于移动叠合板的移动组件,所述叠合板内设有用于固定两个相邻承重柱的固定组件,所述叠合板的底部设有用于加强承重柱和叠合板之间连接的连接组件,本发明结构紧凑,通过滚珠可以轻松的移动叠合板,方便对叠合板进行拼装,而且在拼装时无需使用钢筋焊接,可直接将插接块插接进入T型槽中,简单方便,不但降低拼接复杂程度还提高拼装效率,另外在拼装时条形块卡接在卡槽中,还可以加强承重柱和叠合板之间的连接稳固性。
