Low-cost high-temperature carbide furnace push plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a low-cost high-temperature carbonization furnace push plate which comprises 25-40 wt% of roller waste particles, 10-30 wt% of roller waste particles, 10-20 wt% of andalusite particles, 5-10 wt% of roller waste fine powder, 3-6 wt% of kyanite fine powder, 10-20 wt% of alumina micro powder, 3-10 wt% of kaolin and an additional binding agent accounting for 5-10 wt% of the total mass of the raw materials. The preparation method of the low-cost high-temperature carbide furnace push plate comprises the following steps: 1) crushing and screening roller waste into required particle sizes; (2) uniformly mixing various raw materials and an additional binding agent; (3) weighing the prepared materials according to the weight of a single biscuit, pouring the weighed materials into a mold, and molding by using a vibration molding machine or a hydraulic machine; (4) naturally drying the formed biscuit for 1-2 days, and then drying the biscuit in a drying kiln at 100-150 DEG C for 12-24 hours, and (5) keeping the temperature at 1400-1450 DEG C for 4-8 hours to obtain the push plate. The high-temperature carbonization furnace push plate prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has better creep resistance and thermal shock resistance, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种低成本高温碳化炉推板,包括:25~40wt%的辊棒废料颗粒,10~30wt%的辊棒废料颗粒,10~20wt%的红柱石颗粒,5~10wt%的辊棒废料细粉,3~6wt%的蓝晶石细粉,10~20wt%的氧化铝微粉,3~10wt%的高岭土,以及占以上原料总质量5~10wt%的外加结合剂。上述低成本高温碳化炉推板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将辊棒废料破碎,筛分成所需的粒度;2)将各种原料及外加结合剂混合均匀;3)将制备好的物料,按素坯单个重量称重后倒入模具中,使用震动成型机或液压机成型;4)成型后的素坯自然干燥1~2天,然后入干燥窑在100℃~150℃下进行12~24小时烘干;5)在1400~1450℃条件下保温4~8h,制得推板。本发明制备的高温碳化炉推板具有较好的抗蠕变性和抗热震性,并大大降低了生产成本。
