High-temperature furnace bottom plate and preparation method thereof
The high-temperature furnace bottom plate comprises a base, a support and a placement plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the base is a circular plate, and air holes are formed in the base; the support comprises an annular plate, a plurality of protruding parts are arranged on the vertical side face of the annular plate at equal intervals, and the annular plate is divided into a plurality of same supporting assemblies. The placing plate is an annular plate and is divided into a plurality of identical sector plates. The invention further provides a preparation method of the high-temperature furnace bottom plate. During load bearing, the pressure in the vertical direction is uniformly distributed to the base, the support and the placement plate, and the deformation of each part is small, so that the condition of breakage caused by torsion is less likely to occur; by optimizing the proportion of the raw materials in the silicon nitride ceramic and introducing the auxiliaries, the ceramic product with better toughness is prepared, and the ceramic product is not prone to fracture deformation in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment and has longer service life.
本发明提供了一种高温炉底板,包括从下至上依次设置的底座、支座和放置板,底座为圆形板,底座上设有透气孔;支座包括圆环形板,其竖直侧面上等间距设置有若干突出部,分隔为若干个相同的支撑组件;放置板为圆环形板,分隔为若干个相同的扇形板。本发明还提出了一种高温炉底板的制备方法。本发明的在承重时,竖直方向的压强分别均摊给底座、支座和放置板,每一部件的形变更小,因此更不容易因扭力而出现断裂的情况;本发明通过优化氮化硅陶瓷中各部分原料的比例,同时配合助剂的引入,制备出韧性更佳的陶瓷产品,使其在高温高压环境下不容易发生断裂变形,具有更长的使用寿命。
